1. Fitment Responsibility While we encourage you to select your vehicle (year/brand/model/submodel) to ensure proper fitment, we understand that some customers may have specific requirements. If you choose to select a non-standard fitment, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring proper modifications to your vehicle to achieve the desired fitment. It is crucial to verify if the purchased sprocket fits your vehicle correctly. Using an incorrect sprocket ratio may result in significant engine damage. If you have questions or are uncertain about fitment, please contact Sparrowteck Performance support via Instagram or WhatsApp for assistance.

2. Products and Pricing All products and services listed on the website are subject to change, including product information, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any website features or product sales at any time, with or without notice. In the event a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information, we may decline or cancel such orders, issuing a credit to your payment account if necessary. Prices displayed on the website are net prices, excluding taxes, customs duties, and transport costs (for orders outside India). We may modify our prices as per our sales terms, conditions, and applicable laws.

3. Payment Terms When you place an order on the website, you agree to pay the applicable product price, shipping cost, and any relevant taxes. We will automatically charge your credit card or other payment method provided during the order process. You are responsible for all taxes, fees, duties, and other charges arising from the product purchase, except those withheld by Sparrowteck Performance. All payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in sections 2 and 4.

4. Orders Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, and we reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel orders at our discretion. Custom-made orders cannot be refunded or replaced after manufacturing begins. Orders may be subject to delays due to raw material availability, vendorship, and environmental conditions.

 

5. Product Availability Customers are advised to inquire about product availability before making a purchase. If a product is not in stock, it will be produced upon order and shipped upon completion. In cases where delivery is delayed by 45 days or more from the order date, you may request a refund.

 

6. Delivery and Acceptance Delivery dates are estimates, and we may make deliveries in instalments. We use reputable courier services for shipping, and international shipments are subject to taxes and customs duties determined by the destination country. Shipping insurance is available upon request. Upon receiving products, please inspect the packaging for damage and note any concerns to the courier per legal requirements.

 

7. Return Policy Products can be returned for a refund or replacement if they have faults, do not fit your bike, or have manufacturing defects. You must notify us immediately upon product delivery and provide a copy of the invoice. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.

8. Warranty Policy We offer a limited warranty on our products, typically covering 30 days or 4000 km from the retail purchase date. To initiate a warranty claim, please return the product for inspection along with the original sales receipt. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the circumstances, and we reserve the right to determine whether a product is eligible for replacement.

9. Crash Replacement Policy Our products are not indestructible, and their lifespan depends on various factors. If a product is damaged due to crashes or extreme conditions, we offer a crash replacement program at a reduced cost. Eligibility for this program is determined by Sparrowteck Performance.

10. Limited Warranty and Liability By confirming a purchase order, you acknowledge that Sparrowteck Performance, its directors, managers, employees, and staff are not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of our products. Sparrowteck Performance disclaims liability for direct or indirect damages of any kind.

11. Modification of Vehicles If you plan to modify your motorcycle or use it for special purposes, please ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Modifications may require approval or homologation from relevant authorities.

12. Account Creation To use certain features of the website and make purchases, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

13. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for all activities associated with your account. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion.
